My name is luke symonds
I coach everyday men who want to become stronger, more capable, and harder to break.

Through tactical and performance-based training, I help blokes build real-world strength and fitness that actually matters when life demands it.

Whether you’re preparing for military or emergency services, chasing peak performance, or ready to stop coasting and level up physically and mentally, this is for you.

I’ve worked in roles where being physically and mentally ready wasn’t optional. I’ve played sport at a high level, competed in BJJ, and pushed myself through selection courses that tested me under pressure. I know what it takes to perform when it counts.
​
But I haven’t always lived like this. I’ve been overweight at 113kg, undisciplined, partied too much, skipped training, and lost momentum more times than I can count. I know what it’s like to be stuck. But I made the decision to stop living soft, rebuild myself, and live with purpose. Now I help other men do the same.
​
My coaching isn’t random workouts or quick fixes. It’s a structured system that’s been tested and refined to deliver real results over time. Every 13 weeks, we test your strength, conditioning, and movement so we can rebuild your training based on what actually needs work.
